Overview
This deployment model leverages a traditional "on-box" approach with a cloud-based approach. Typically, the deployment places the NetSTAR Categorization Database and/or Language/Regional Packs locally, and as needed accesses iCCE, BaCCE, and CTRL remotely. However, because of inCompass' modular design, the OEM partner can deploy any combination necessary and advantageous for their solution.

Features
The inCompass® SDK contains all or part of the following; the NetSTAR Categorization Database, iCCE technology, BaCCE technology, CTRL, and potentially Regional/Language Packs. Whereas, a full deployment requires less than 150mb of total footprint with minimal CPU utilization, a hybrid approach typically requires an even smaller footprint and cpu utilization.

Ideal Use Case
Any hardware or software vendor, SaaS vendor, mobile operator, and/or service provider that wants the web-filtering SDK to reside locally with their own technology and is looking to use the remote "look-up service" on a limited basis. This solution is especially popular with UTM vendors that have limited "on-box" resources available but wants to leverage inCompass' complete fourth-generation feature set.
