Deployment Senario 2: 100% Cloud Based
This deployment model places the entire inCompass SDK in data-center for remote access as a "look-up service." The OEM Partner can elect to use NetSTAR's "look-up service," hosted and managed 100% by NetSTAR, or the partner can deploy inCompass in their own data-centers. The OEM Partner's solution then intercepts all URL requests and "polls" the "look-up service" for a category determination.
No NetSTAR technology needs to reside on the OEM Partners solution. The inCompass® SDK is hosted "in-the-clouds" and can contain all or part of the following; the NetSTAR Categorization Database, iCCE technology, BaCCE technology, CTRL, and potentially Regional/Language Packs. In addition, all licensing management is supported just as if the technology resided locally.

Any hardware or software vendor, SaaS vendor, mobile operator, and/or service provider that wants to access a cloud-based "look-up service" to as not to have to integrate a solution directly into their own technology, and/or has limited memory resources available for a web-filtering solution, and/or is looking for the typically fastest time-to-market approach.
